The Vori-Vori is a traditional dish of Guaraní origin, composed of small cornmeal balls served in broth, and accompanied by meats such as beef, pork or chicken, or even only with vegetables and cheese. His name comes from the Guaraní word "Vorita", which means ball, and has evolved to "Vori-Vori", referring to several of them. Considered a popular dish, the Vori-Vori has gained international recognition, being named the best soup in the world in 2023 and 2024 by the prestigious Taste Atlas guide, highlighting Paraguay for its rich culinary tradition.
